We are transitioning from broad block-brackets to a finer, area-proportional scheme (every 1,000 sqft) to provide a fairer pay-as-you-go experience.

💡 Note for Large-Scale Projects:

No Area Cap: Realsee Manual Floor Plan service has no maximum limit on property size. All features, including Express Delivery and Furniture Layouts, remain fully supported for ultra-large layouts.

Continuous Calculation: For properties exceeding 10,000 sqft (930 m²), the Base Credits will continuously and seamlessly add 1 Credit per additional 1,000 sqft (93 m²).

Scan Quality: Deliverable precision depends strictly on your 3D tour scan quality. Obstructions or incomplete scans may cause missing details.
