1. Billing Policy Update: "Generate-to-Activate" Logic for Lightweight Capture Devices
Effective May 12, 2026, Realsee has optimized the credit billing structure for lightweight capture devices（Gimbal, 360 Camera & Mobile Capture). The new mechanism introduces a simplified "deduct upon generation, auto-activate, and include 30-day hosting" workflow.
Key Adjustments:

Deduct 1 Credit Upon Generation: 1 credit will be automatically deducted for each successfully generated VR project. If a project fails to generate, the credit will be fully refunded to your account automatically.

Auto-Activation & Immediate Sharing: Once a project is successfully generated, it will immediately transition to the "Active" status without requiring manual activation. You can generate and share links externally right away.

30-Day Included Hosting: The 1 credit deducted upon initial generation covers the project's online hosting for the first 30 days. After 30 days, the standard renewal rule applies (1 credit per 30 days) to keep the project active.

By embedding the Realsee 3D card directly onto your Autodesk Forma Dashboard, you can view site context and tasks on one side, while inspecting the 1:1 real-world conditions on the other.
- A Single Source of Truth for Project Collaboration: Whether it is your product operations team, field surveyors, or backend architects, all stakeholders can align seamlessly. Once team members log into the Autodesk ecosystem, they gain immediate access to the exact same high-precision digital twin on their dashboard, wiping out communication gaps and information silos.
Three Simple Steps to Get Started:
- Click Customize on your Autodesk Forma home dashboard and search for REALSEE in the Card Library.
- Click Configure on the added Realsee card and paste your Realsee 3D space URL (e.g.,
https://realsee.ai/...). - Click Save. Your fully interactive Realsee 3D showcase is now permanently pinned to your workspace homepage!
