We are excited to bring you the July 2026 update! This month, we've rolled out powerful new AI capabilities to streamline your editing workflow, expanded our multimedia capacities, and officially introduced professional BIM deliverables for architectural and engineering workflows.

1. AI Dynamic Door Detection: Fix Walkthroughs in Seconds

Say goodbye to tedious manual Model Trims!

Closed or half-open doors during field scanning often block virtual walkthroughs between adjacent rooms. Previously, fixing this meant manually drawing and adjusting Trim Boxes for every single door—taking 3–5 minutes each.

• Instant Auto-Detection: Our new AI algorithm automatically scans your project, identifies dynamic/closed doors, and pre-fits Trim Boxes with accurate dimensions.

• 90% Time Saved: Review and trim doors in around 10–20 seconds per door instead of minutes.

• Familiar Workflow: Fully integrated into your existing Model Fixup (Model Trim → Trim List → Apply) with zero learning curve.

• How to use: Go to Model Fixup > Model Trim > Click Load on the prompt to auto-fit detected doors > Review, Adjust and then click Apply.

 2. Video Fusion: File Size Limit Expanded to 300MB

Deliver richer, higher-resolution multimedia inside your 3D spaces.

To support crisper promotional videos, facility walk-throughs, and dynamic spatial demonstrations, we have significantly increased the file capacity for Video Fusion hotspots.

• Up to 300MB per Video: Upload higher-bitrate, longer-duration video files directly into your space.

• Enhanced Visual Clarity: Showcase fine details without compromising playback smoothness.

• Custom Styling: Easily configure custom video point styles and titles in the Hotspots editor.

• How to use: Go to Hotspots > Add Video Fusion > Upload your video file (up to 300MB) > Customize & Save.

 3. BIM & CAD Models Add-on (.RVT / .SKP / .DWG)

Seamlessly bridge 3D scan data to AEC design and renovation workflows.

We’ve officially launched BIM & CAD Models in the Realsee Add-ons marketplace! Unlike raw automated mesh exports, our BIM deliverables are expert-crafted parametric models derived directly from your scan data.

• Production-Ready Formats: Delivered in Autodesk Revit (.rvt), SketchUp (.skp), and CAD (.dwg / .dxf).

• Engineered for AEC: True parametric walls, doors, windows, and structural layers—ready for immediate drafting, remodeling, and MEP coordination.

• Straightforward Credit Pricing: Transparent, tiered pricing based on project square footage. Order and download directly from the Console.

• How to order: Open your space > Click the Add-ons tab > Select BIM & CAD Models > Choose your tier and submit.
