1. How do I redeem my bundle credits?
Follow these steps to redeem your credits:

Go to the Redemption Page: Open the Realsee Credits 40 Product Page.

Select Credit Tier: Select the credit package size that matches your bundle (e.g., 40 Credits) and click Add To Cart.

Verify Account & Select Team:

On the left side of the checkout page, sign in or enter the email associated with your Realsee Console.

Crucial Step: Under the Team dropdown menu, make sure to select the correct Team Name / Team ID where you want the credits deposited.

Apply Your Code: In the Discount code box on the right panel, enter your unique redemption code and click Apply.

Once applied, the total order amount will automatically adjust to $0.00 (or the updated discounted rate).

- Complete Order: Check the agreement box (I Agree Realsee Products Terms and Conditions...) and click Pay now. Your credits will be instantly applied to your selected Team account.
2. Why is it important to select the correct Team during checkout?

Realsee Credits are bound directly to a specific Team (Workspace).

Upon completing checkout, the credits are instantly allocated to the Team selected during checkout. Choosing the wrong Team means other team members in your primary workspace won't be able to access the credits unless you switch workspaces.
3. What should I do if my Discount Code isn't working?
If you encounter an error when applying your code, please verify the following:

Format & Spaces: Ensure the code is copied accurately without extra leading or trailing spaces.

Single Use: Each promotional code is strictly single-use. Check if the code has already been redeemed by another team member.

4. How long does it take for Credits to appear in my account?

Credits are usually processed and added to your designated Team account within a few minutes after clicking Pay now.
