Base Pricing Structure

Detailed Tier Breakdown (3,001 to 10,000 sqft)
For properties exceeding 3,000 sqft, the price increases by 2 credits for each additional 1,000 sqft tier:

3,001 to 4,000 sqft (around 371 sq m): 12 Credits

Important Notes and FAQ
Q1: My property area is exactly 4,500 sqft. How many credits will be deducted?
According to our tiered structure, 4,500 sqft falls within the 4,001 to 5,000 sqft bracket, so it will cost 14 Credits.
Q2: Will I be charged if the Auto CAD generation fails?
Absolutely not. If the system fails to generate the CAD file (for example, due to an invalid area or missing base plans), no credits will be deducted. In such cases, the download button will be unavailable (greyed out).
