We are pleased to announce that Realsee is now fully compatible with the Insta360 X5 .

Important Notice:

Please ensure your app version is 3.56 or above to use this feature. If you encounter any issues related to data collection, kindly provide the following details:

Project ID
Logs（ via Personal center > Feedback and suggestions)
Problem screenshots

If you encounter stitching issues like the image below while using devices such as X4 or X5, please ensure that the in-camera stitching feature is turned off before starting data collection.

Path to turn off in-camera stitching:
Settings > Image Settings > In-camera stitching off
