Realsee Creator Story · SneakPeak360 · India
Discover how SneakPeak360 used the Realsee Galois P4 to capture approximately 42,000 m² of selected college areas in India. By planning the capture scope and dividing the work into four projects, the team reduced the risk of missed areas and improved capture efficiency, then used Co-Capture to bring the results together into one unified virtual tour.
Project at a Glance

Planning the Right Coverage for a Large College Project
A large site does not always require every area to be scanned. For this college project, SneakPeak360 needed to capture selected regions across an extensive site, making advance planning an important part of the workflow.
Rather than treating the assignment as one continuous capture task, the team defined the required coverage and divided the work into four projects. This made the scope easier to manage, helped reduce the risk of missed areas, and improved capture efficiency.
SneakPeak360 used the Realsee Galois P4 to capture approximately 42,095 m² across 816 scan points. Once capture was complete, the four projects were merged through Co-Capture, followed by post-capture editing.
Four Capture Projects, One Unified Virtual Tour
Breaking a large assignment into smaller capture projects does not have to mean delivering separate virtual tours. Realsee Co-Capture allows compatible projects captured with Galois devices to be merged into a single project.
For SneakPeak360, this connected two practical needs: organizing on-site capture around manageable sections and presenting the selected college areas together in one final tour.
Co-Capture supports merging up to 10 Galois projects, with a combined total of up to 1,000 scan points. This project's four-part workflow and 816-point result demonstrate how the feature can support large-scale capture and delivery.
An Option for Multi-Operator, Multi-Device Capture
The same project-merging capability also gives teams another way to organize larger assignments: parallel capture. Multiple operators can use separate Galois devices to capture different planned areas at the same time, then merge their projects afterward.
Instead of requiring one operator and one device to cover every area sequentially, teams can distribute on-site work across available personnel and equipment. This can improve capture efficiency when access time is limited or the required coverage is extensive.
This is an additional workflow supported by Co-Capture, rather than a description of the staffing or device setup used for SneakPeak360's college project.
Successful merging still starts with planning. Projects must include overlapping areas on the same floor, with at least three scan points from each project in the relevant overlap area. Teams should account for these connections before capture.

Pay-as-You-Go Activation for the Final Merged Project
Using several capture projects does not mean every source project needs to remain separately active.
Under Realsee's pay-as-you-go activation model, only the final merged project needs to be activated for sharing. Source projects used solely for merging do not require separate activation and do not incur additional activation charges.
For a workflow like this one, four source projects can become one active deliverable. This allows the capture structure to follow the needs of the job without requiring separate activation payments for source projects that are not being shared independently.
This describes project activation charges only. It does not mean that capture, editing, or other professional services are free. Any source project shared independently would require its own activation.
From Planned Capture to Unified Delivery
SneakPeak360's work at St.Joseph's Engg College Main Blocks shows a practical approach to large-scale 3D capture: identify the areas that matter, divide the work into manageable projects, and bring the results together for final editing and delivery.
With Galois P4 and Co-Capture, the team combined four capture projects covering approximately 42,095 m² into one unified virtual tour.
