Realsee Credits Usage & Purchase Guide

1. Validity Period Policy

Realsee Credits are subject to a strict usage window. Please monitor your asset status regularly:
  • Validity Duration: Credits are valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
  • Expiration: Once the one-year period lapses, any remaining Credits will automatically expire and be cleared by the system.
  • No Extensions: Expired Credits cannot be extended, reactivated, or restored under any circumstances.

2. How to Check Balance & Expiry Date

After a successful top-up, you can monitor your assets in real-time:
  • Navigation Path: Log in to the portal and select Usage - Overview from the left sidebar.
  • Detailed Tracking: Under the Resource Package Details tab, you can view specific information for each purchase, including:
    • Balance/Total: Remaining vs. initial amount per order.
    • End Time: The exact expiration date for each specific credit batch.

3. Critical Pre-Purchase Verification (Action Required)

Since Credits are digital assets, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please perform the following checks before completing your payment:
  • Verify Identity (Account): On the checkout page, double-check the Identity field. Ensure the selected account is the correct destination for the top-up.
  • Agree to Terms: You must check the box "I Agree to Realsee Products Terms and Conditions" before proceeding.
  • Plan Wisely: Due to the one-year validity, we strongly recommend purchasing only what you need for your upcoming projects to avoid unnecessary loss from expiration.

4. Account Independence & Restrictions

  • Non-Transferable: Credits are bound to the specific account (Source/Identity) used at the time of purchase.
  • No Cross-Account Migration: Credits cannot be transferred, merged, or moved between different accounts or sources.

5. Official Channels & Support

  • Business Inquiries: If you have any questions or concerns regarding Credit pricing, volume, or plans, please contact your Sales Manager or CS Team for consultation before making a purchase.
